Questions we get asked.
Do I need to give AdPilot access to my Google Ads account?
Yes — once you're ready to launch. You'll connect via Google OAuth, which gives AdPilot permission to build and manage campaigns on your account. You keep full ownership. Revoke access any time in your Google account settings.
Will AdPilot spend money without me approving it?
No. Every campaign we create is paused until you enable it. Every change to a live campaign is a recommendation you approve. There is a daily spend cap you set, and if it's ever exceeded we pause your campaigns automatically.
What happens if the AI does something dumb?
Every change is logged with a before/after snapshot. You can roll back any change from the last 24 hours. A panic button in the dashboard pauses everything in 30 seconds. We also auto-pause campaigns that spend $200+ over 7 days with zero conversions — regardless of what the AI thought.
Can I edit the landing page or campaign AdPilot generates?
Of course. Both are starting points. Edit any headline, keyword, ad copy, form field, budget, or negative. Redeploy the landing page in seconds. Your edits are never overwritten by the optimisation loop.
Does AdPilot keep improving my landing page, or is it built once?
Both. Your landing page ships the day you sign up. After that, AdPilot watches Quality Score, search-to-page message match, and on-page behaviour daily. When something drifts — say searches shift to "emergency plumber" but your headline still says "Quality Plumbing Services" — it proposes a new headline and runs it as an A/B test. Winners promote automatically; losing variants roll back. You see every running test in your dashboard.
Do you work with industries outside Australian trades?
We're launching with AU trades, cosmetic clinics, legal, and accounting because that's where the need is sharpest. The underlying engine works for any lead-gen service business. US launch is on the roadmap. Email us if you're somewhere else.
How is this different from Google's Smart Campaigns or Performance Max?
Smart Campaigns hide everything and give you a black box. Performance Max mixes Search with Display/YouTube inventory where lead quality drops. AdPilot runs proper Search campaigns with every keyword, ad, and negative visible — and explains every change in plain English.
What about my existing Google Ads campaigns?
We don't touch them. AdPilot creates a new campaign alongside what you have. You can pause your old one when the new one outperforms it.
